A place to go in St. Louis

A good place to go is Myseum. It has great birthday parties and is science themed. There are many different exhibits to choose from, for example:

There is Glo-shapes where there are brightly colored, glow in the dark pieces that you can stick to a carpeted wall and make wonderful designs.

There is the Liquid Crystal Wall where you can explore how different temperatures affect liquid crystals. Small changes in temperature impact the crystals resulting in the various colors.  You can place your hand on the wall and it turns blue!

The Dino Dig where you can dress up as a paleontologist, dig for and study fossils and learn about dinosaurs. There is a huge (and sadly fake) Triceratops in the exhibit in there with you to make sure no T-rexes (Little/ big brothers/sisters) sneak up on you!

The Zoo Vet Center where you’re the vet! Put on your vet lab coat, grab a stethoscope and examine the wild zoo animal stuffies to make sure they’re in the best of health.
Look at real animal x-rays, test reflexes, and even feed the patients.

The Seaweed Swamp where you can wander through the Seaweed Swamp for a fun & exciting experience. Can you find the friendly swamp monster who lives there?

Fri-Sat 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sun 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Myseum will be closing early Sat, Dec 7th at 5:30 PM for a Private Event.

Myseum is closed for: Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day

They close at 3:30 on: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve.

When area schools take a “Snow Day”, please call ahead to be sure they’re open.

Gift Shop Myseum has a gift shop with unique toys and light snacks.

Come and Go Policy:

 You can leave and come back the same day. Just stop at the front desk for stickers. Also, feel free to bring lunch in from one of the restaurants which are within walking distance.

Children and adults must stay together,
No adults are allowed without a child, and no children without an adult.
