I’m going to use a what do you think whenever I need help with making a better website. Just comment your ideas.
This What Do You Think is asking if I should join together Once Upon a Time #1 and Once Upon A Time #2 because they are both so short and they are both in the same chapter, on the other hand it would take away from making a bigger, better, longer #3 or you might not want a longer ones and that’s fine too! Just tell me that and it will be all good 😉
Review: Oh” said John ” I am John, I live by the edge of the forest with my parents.” Lucia’s smile rapidly faded ” Oh. . . Great I. .. um. . . Have to go! Bye!” She said slowly at first then shot up to max speed, she then hopped on her dog ( John thought that was incredible) and sped off at ( almost ) the speed of light.
” Wait!” Cried Jack who was running swiftly after her and her dog. ” Why are you running? ” She took a sharp turn then disappeared. Jack took the turn but she wasn’t there. He sighed. There wasn’t that many people around so he was exited to meet her. He realized he couldn’t find his way back. . . He was lost!!!
Some people asked if I could add more to the giant squid post that I did before. Renee asked ” how big are they, what do they eat, what eats them?” So, I would like to answer those questions. The size for giant squids are 13 m 43 ft for females and 10 m (33 ft) for males. Their diet likely consists of fish, shrimp, and other squid, and some suggest they might even attack and eat small whales. Also, The only known predators of adult giant squid are sperm whales, but pilot whales may also feed on them.
Once upon a time there was a little boy named John that lived by the forest. Whilst he was walking in the woods he saw a little girl and a husky that had a crescent moon on her collar. The girl had long black hair and a gray winter hat, she also had a long dark blue dress and black leggings that were ripped at the knees.
“Hello!” She said cheerfully as a smile grew on her face. “Oh. . .” stammered John ” h h hi?” “I’m Lucia and this is Elena” she said as she pointed to her and her dog. “Oh” said John ” I am John, I live by the edge of the forest with my parents.” Lucia’s smile rapidly faded ” Oh. . . Great I. .. um. . . Have to go! Bye!” She said slowly at first then shot up to max speed, she then hopped on her dog ( John thought that was incredible) and sped off at ( almost ) the speed of light.
Yesterday I was learning about acrostic poems, and I saw they were actually pretty fun! Here is an example of one.
Here is the main word: leaf
Leaves trees in Autumn
Evening beauty
All different colors
Funny shapes
Do you see something about these sentences that relates to the word leaf? Here, let me tell you what it is. All of the first letters of each sentence spells leaf . Cool, right? You try it. Maybe start with your name, describe yourself in the sentences. Don’t just write canopy for C like in my name, write something that describes you, like, instead of a random word like canopy use cute. Or creative. Go try it! (If you haven’t already! 😉 )
Giant squids in my opinion are very awesome creatures! They are GIANT! Oh, wait. . . . you know that already don’t you. It’s in the name, but that’s what makes them so incredibly awe-inspiring! First, I’m going to talk about their bodies. Giant squids have two HUGE eyes, they are as big as a dinner plate! Also it has eight arms with big suckers on them that would stick on to you if you touch it, as well as two feeding tentacles that come out and grab whatever they feel like eating and bring it up to its mouth. Speaking of its mouth. . . . Think about a parrot’s mouth like a beak right? Well, think of this a giant squid has a mouth exactly like that in the middle of its tentacles and arms. Next, let’s talk about the giant squid’s aspects. It has ink that is black that they can squirt at things to be able to get away. They are able to swim away because the predator cannot see through the ink so they are confused and that’s the squid’s chance to run. They live from one to two years of age. That is all I have to say about giant squids. Thanks for reading!
Welcome to the new news for kids, the Kids Chronicle! I would like to introduce myself, Cora. I myself am a kid, and I wondered why there was barely any news for kids. So, I made some myself. I want this to be a site that all kids could read and enjoy. I love making people happy!
